Dear Participants,

We would like to kindly inform you that on 20 August 2025, there will be an internal meeting of ILISS and ASDIP. This session is primarily reserved for ILISS and ASDIP members. However, if there are non-members who wish to attend as observers, please inform the committee in advance by registering your name in the provided list.

Kindly note that ASDIP-PTKI and ILISS members do not need to register for this meeting.

Meanwhile, the official Conference Program will be held on:

• 21 August 2025: Opening Ceremony, Keynote, Invited Talks, and Parallel Sessions.
• 22 August 2025: Cultural Visit.

These sessions are open to all registered participants of the conference.

You are warmly encouraged to:

• Prepare a short speech (1–3 minutes) introducing your country, culture, or unique perspectives,
• Share a simple performance, such as singing, dancing, playing a musical instrument, or any other cultural expression you wish to showcase.

This evening will be a celebration of our diverse cultures, friendships, and shared passion for library and information science. Your participation will make it even more vibrant and memorable.
