    • Each presenter is allocated a maximum of 10 minutes in total, including both presentation and Q&A.
    • We kindly request presenters to strictly adhere to the allocated time to ensure smooth scheduling and equal opportunity for all participants.
  2. Presentation Format
    • Presentations should be clear, concise, and focused on the key points of your research or topic.
    • Visual aids (PowerPoint, PDF slides, etc.) are recommended to support your talk.
  3. Q&A Session
    • The Q&A will be conducted immediately after each presentation within the allocated time.
    • Please keep your responses brief and to the point.
  4. Session Management
    • A session chair will be present to introduce speakers, monitor time, and moderate discussions.
    • Presenters will receive a time signal at 2 minutes before the end of their slot, and a final signal when the time is over.
  5. Technical Arrangements
    • Presenters are required to submit their presentation files in advance (at least one session before their schedule).
    • Please check the compatibility of your slides with the provided equipment.
