- Each presenter is allocated a maximum of 10 minutes in total, including both presentation and Q&A.
- We kindly request presenters to strictly adhere to the allocated time to ensure smooth scheduling and equal opportunity for all participants.
- Presentation Format
- Presentations should be clear, concise, and focused on the key points of your research or topic.
- Visual aids (PowerPoint, PDF slides, etc.) are recommended to support your talk.
- Q&A Session
- The Q&A will be conducted immediately after each presentation within the allocated time.
- Please keep your responses brief and to the point.
- Session Management
- A session chair will be present to introduce speakers, monitor time, and moderate discussions.
- Presenters will receive a time signal at 2 minutes before the end of their slot, and a final signal when the time is over.
- Technical Arrangements
- Presenters are required to submit their presentation files in advance (at least one session before their schedule).
- Please check the compatibility of your slides with the provided equipment.
