• Please read all registration instructions and payment guidelines carefully before making any transaction. The committee is not responsible for any payment errors caused by participant oversight or incorrect transfers.
• The registration fee applies per person, NOT per article. Each presenting author must register individually.

Payment Information:

*Prices DO NOT include the optional Cultural Visits. Participants who wish to join the visit are kindly requested to pay an ADDITIONAL FEE of USD 5 or IDR 50,000. The cultural visit fee (USD 5 / IDR 50,000) must be added to your registration payment. For example, if your registration fee is USD 150 and you join the cultural visit, please transfer a total of USD 155. This also applies to payments made in Indonesian Rupiah. Combined payment is required for processing.

**Note: Indonesian nationals who are currently studying or working abroad are eligible to register using the Indonesian nationality rate. However, we also warmly welcome those who wish to support the conference by registering under the international rate—especially participants with access to institutional or research grants. Your support is greatly appreciated and contributes meaningfully to the success of the event.

Conference fee can be paid in advance by bank transfer. All conference fees must be paid via bank transfer to the designated account stated in the registration confirmation email.

Payment Proof Submission

After completing the bank transfer, participants are required to:

1. Upload the payment proof (bank transfer receipt) in PDF or image format (JPG/PNG) to the following Google Form link: 👉 [Google Form Link is Here]
2. Rename your file using the following format: [Full Name] – [Institution] – [Payment Category]. Example: JaneDoe_UniversityofOxford_InternationalPresenter.pdf

Confirmation

• Once we receive and verify your payment proof, we will send a confirmation email within 3–5 working days.
• Please ensure the contact details you provided during registration are accurate.

Important Notes:

• Participation in the conference is free for I-LISS Life Member. But you can pay the fee if you wish.
• According to the committee policy, each paper must be presented by one author of the paper. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors is required to register and present their paper at the 9th I-LISS conference.
  
• Payment must be made in full and by the deadline stated on the conference website.
• All bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.

• The registration fee includes seminar kits and meal DURING conference.
• The registration fee DOES NOT include transportation, accomodation and meal outside of the conference.
• No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
